arrived in the worst weather and before getting to the room, hosts had already confirmed the room easily accessible to avoid unnecessary time in the pouring rain. Was central for what we needed, easy walk into Emsworth or Westbourne, room was clean and warm. was just right for what we needed

Victoria provided a magnificent selection of breakfast goodies which really set us up for the day. Replenished daily and even washed the dishes. An umbrella materialized un solicited and an apology for the wet weather. Parking was easy on the property. We loved the super smart shower, quality bedding and comfy bed. Well heated despite the bad weather. We would stay here again. Small functional and bijou., the Bee Hive is great.

Victoria & Jon were very welcoming hosts & provided everything we needed..it was a lovely quiet place to stay & very cosy we loved the accommodation in such a pretty well looked after garden..breakfast was plentiful & we loved all the little touches with various teas & coffee etc..we would love to return as we enjoyed our well earned break...thankyou..
