A well equipped, clean, tidy, relatively private premises. The garden was well dog proofed and the warm water washing facility a nice touch and used frequently after visits to beach at low water. The welcome touch with milk, juice, crisps & cookies a welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend and consider using again in the future.

A wonderful stay overall from the initial arrival with a surprise welcome of fresh bread, pack of butter, milk, apple juice tea and coffee. It was much appreciated and all the little touches made it such an easy and pleasant stay as we were there for a hectic weekend of motorsport at Goodwood so Three Jays was a magical place to retire after a hectic day…

This is a real home away from home! It was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with our 9 month old and cockapoo. The house is modern, clean and stylish, and comes with all the amenities you could need as well as some lovely welcoming touches such as cookies and juice. There’s plenty to do in the area and the house is easy walking distance to Emsworth and coastal walks and just a short drive to Chichester.
