Brandon’s place was very nice, modern and clean but the best part was proximity. Everything you could want to be near in Salida was steps away! We had no problems at all but I think if we had, Brandon would have been on top of it. I would highly recommend Brandon’s rental to anyone!

The loft was wonderful! Everything to do in Salida was right outside the door. Very quite and comfortable. Hope to stay again!
This is a great location! Walkable to many restaurants and shops
Great place to stay right in the middle of Salida. Easy to walk to the riverfront, shops and restaurants. The place was clean and the listing was accurate. Easy drive to Monarch Mountain for skiing.

Located downtown, you will be walking distance away from the best restaurants, bars, grocery stores, local shops, parks, trails, Arkansas River, and much more. You will be 20 minutes from the Monarch crest where you can Ski in the winter and Mtn. bike/ Hike in the summer and fall.
Weather you choose to walk, cycle, or drive, you can get anywhere in a few minutes. Using F street will primarily get you to your ideal destinations. There are plenty of 2 hour on-street and day parking lots located adjacent to the condo. Also, overnight lots located very close to the condo. Please use Apple/Google Maps for more parking info.
