Hello! We are Sara and Mike, the owners at Blue Coyote Ranch! We met in June of 2020 in Denver in the middle of the COVID-19 global pandemic. We immediately hit it off and realized we shared many of the same goals: we wanted to live in a small town and leave our corporate jobs. By December 2020 we were the proud new owners of Blue Coyote Ranch (previously called the Tudor Rose). The property is a gorgeous 33-acre parcel of land sitting on top of a hill overlooking Salida. We have two types of accommodation on the property: The Main Inn with six unique hotel-style rooms; and four cabin rentals, each sleeping 6. In total we can sleep 39 on the property and love hosting large groups like family reunions and wedding parties. We have been working hard to redecorate & remodel the property to match our own style: natural, modern, & clean. We completed a major renovation of the Main Inn in May 2022. We run our property on a self-service model to give our guests the maximum amount of privacy and flexibility. However, unlike other Airbnb Hosts, are only a phone call away and available 24/7. Our awesome manager, Tiffany helps us out with guest relations so you may also hear back from her.
