Beautiful, clean home for a comfortable stay. It was a good location for us to see that part of the state. The kitchen had all we needed, and there were plenty of towels for the hot tub. Although we had all the space we needed, we were surprised that most of the closets were locked. Hooks were on the doors, and there was plenty of space in the dressers. The house has a nice washer and dryer for longer stays. Dawn was responsive and accommodating. Poncha Springs seems to be an area that is growing.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful. Worked great for our needs for our time in the area. We would stay here again.

Checked all of the boxes. Stayed with friends, two kids, and a couple pups. Couldn't have found a better location for skiing, the plants were lovely to have around, and the hot tub was perfect for both adults and kids!
