This was our second stay at Incognito Ranch and we are sure there will be many more. The cabin has such beautiful surroundings, and we love the ability to settle in and cook all our meals with the superbly equipped kitchen. We come up here for the peaceful seclusion, and it is truly like having a forest to yourself. We love being able to hike right off the property and it was especially nice to bring our dog. We really couldn't ask for a better mountain getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Clarissa and Rich’s home. The space was beautifully decorated, the kitchen felt like home with good quality dishes and cookware, the space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the wood fire and record player offered the perfect mountain cabin vibe. Clarissa and Rich were very detailed in their directions which helped us find the home in the dark. The home is in a gorgeous private location. Our family had a great time! Thank you Clarissa and Rich for being such amazing hosts and for sharing your home with us. What a special place!

This cabin is an absolute dream! Completely remote mountain escape away from it all. My husband, 6 year old daughter and I stayed here for a perfect weekend in March. Walked the property every day (it is on 40 acres), enjoyed 360 degree views, enjoyed fires, cooked in the amazingly stocked kitchen and loved the record player music. The cabin is incredibly well decorated and remodeled. Incredibly chic, but also rustic cabin at the same time. This was an absolute dream weekend and we will be back. We have stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and we both agreed this was our favorite one we have ever stated. The hosts had everything down to high-quality soap in the bathroom to amazing cookware in the kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The place was absolutely spotless. We could’ve stayed here for weeks on end and can’t wait to come back again.

My husband and I have been coming to the Salida area since 2010, and we visit 2-3 times a year, so we're familiar with a lot of lodging options. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to get away that's also just 15-20 minutes from all the entertainment and restaurants that Salida and Poncha Springs have to offer, you're in luck. The cabin's setting offers some amazing views and oodles of quiet and comfort. The cabin itself is very clean and well-stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. And who could beat the awesome record collection and fireplace?! Everything was very well thought out in the layout, electrical, heating and amenities (like down to the vent switch next to the main bathroom toilet :) ). I would recommend that visitors try to find the turn-off from 285 during the daylight - but after you learn where the turn-off is, the drive back to the cabin is very straightforward. And, as the owners state, 4x4 is a must. Loved it!

Truly enjoy our weekend stay at Clarissa & Rich's cabin. It was a great location for us to visit Salida and ski at Monarch. The space had plenty of amenities for our group to enjoy the scenery as well as keep the entire place warm and inviting. 10/10 I will be renting here again. Thank you!
