Extremely worth it. Even after a number of hesitant and embarassing request, my host Joey honoured every request going out of the way from the described rules and confirmations. I woukd definitely recommend all and every friend and connections of mine who are travelling to and from NYC to Niagara to consider their stay at this place as Priority 1 and then check for other options if unavailable. This was surprisingly my first AIRBNB experience and has already topped my list, so I have to have lower expectations for my next airbnb adventure.
