Rest peacefully on a new mattress with crisp, clean white linens that are thoroughly sanitized. Your car will be safely tucked away on a paved driveway in a safe residential area with driveway view exterior security cameras. Enjoy a spacious sunroom, backyard and sit by the peaceful mountain. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Very clean, central location to my plans, plenty of space. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample hall space. Only negatives were lack of window shades in bedrooms, (we only used one bedroom so we put it there), and no lamps on any tables. Just over head lighting. Generally speaking, easily worth the price paid

The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are nice. Despite the house being tucked into a secluded cul-de-sac, the Vestal Parkway, Binghamton University, Wilson and Lourdes Hospital, the mall, Dicks and lots of local and chain stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes to drive. Downtown venues such as The Arena for hockey games and concerts are just 4 minutes away.
Getting around
Family Dollar, Gas Station, Walgreens Pharmacy are in 2 minutes away. Uber is available. The airport is about 3 miles/ 5 minutes away.
