This house was so cute! Cozy, warm and welcoming. Elaine was great! Responsive and helpful!. My boyfriend and I slept in the upstairs king bed and it was the most comfy bed ever. He also wanted me to ask what type of couch was down stairs because they were so comfortable too. The whole house was warm and inviting. Elaine had some snacks and even wrote a note for us. I highly recommend staying here!

This was my second time staying at Elaine's house. It is the epitome of charming. The house is easy to find with a fully stocked kitchen, lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. It is situated on a lovely country lot. It is truly a home away from home. The location is near grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, with easy access to Binghamton proper. Elaine is an excellent communicator - she will make sure you are well oriented and comfortable - Elaine is extremely responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend this house highly enough - I am looking forward to staying here again the next time I am in town.

This is my first time book a cottage in this town, and landlord and her beautiful house are amazing. It is very warm and comfortable, and landlord also prepared yoghurt and fruits tarts for us. And also all kinds of snacks for welcoming us. We love her beautiful house and her service so much.
