Greatly enjoyed my stay at Jocelyn's home - it was absolutely charming! The property is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed looking for the local pond residents including beavers, geese and a few turtles. There's some local shops with ten or so minutes, including gas and groceries if you need last minute items. A bit farther of a drive (but not too bad) is Burlington and Montpelier, with more shops, galleries, and restaurants. The main reason for our stay was to see the total solar eclipse, and it was perfect! My family and I will never forget this incredible experience, and we're glad we chose this little corner of Vermont to see it.

A lovely warm home, quiet neighborhood in a gorgeous setting. We thoroughly enjoyed walking our dog in the woods and on a quiet country road- had days that were warm and sunny and we hung out on the decks, or when it was cold and snowy, we made a wood fire and stayed in to enjoy the cozy home. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay. Jocelyn was very responsive, friendly and welcoming. This should be an Airbnb super stay.

Excellent stay - the house was super comfy. Kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to prepare a fantastic meal. Host went out of her way to be accommodating and very communicative. Our group loved the plush chicken in the office and the host gave us a recommendation to help us acquire our own. Short drive to Burlington and a close enough distance to Jay Peak for a weekend of snowboarding. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our time at this house. The beds were comfortable and we loved using the wood stove. We also enjoyed the variety of board games they have available. The house is about 50 minutes to Stowe resort and 30 minutes to Burlington, the location was great for what we had planned. The hot tub only seats 4 people which is a little disappointing if your group has more and we had issues with getting the jets to work. Overall a good stay though.

This was a cute home. It felt cozy gathering around the fireplace. We loved the fireplace. The hot tub was nice as well although it didn’t fit our entire party (fits 4, we had 6). It was a great place to ring in the new year.
