We found the apartment to be spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. We felt safe walking thru the neighborhood to and from the Earls Court Tube station, which was really close by. We would have liked to have had a welcome manual or something that gave us some additional information about the amenities, restaurants, the area attractions, etc.. The apartment felt a little cold, more like a hotel rather than an Airbnb. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great place. Clean, spacious and in a central location. The brother who checked us in and out was an extremely warm and nice guy. He was very easy to talk to and made sure we had a welcoming experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. My favorite location, beautiful penthouse with an elevator right to the flat which was super cool. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Apartamento limpo, muito espaçoso, equipamentos funcionando perfeitamente. Os funcionários também foram muito simpáticos, nos atenderam super bem! Suite principal grande, com muito espaço de armário para guardar as coisas, banheiro enorme, com uma banheira linda. E de quebra ainda tinha uma varanda super agradável!! Definitivamente amei a estadia e já recomendei para alguns amigos. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza! Fui com meus filhos de 8 e 9 anos e nos sentimos em casa!

We had a great week at the apartment. Location is fantastic, just around the corner from Earl’s Court station & a half hour walk to Kensington Gardens. Apartment is spacious & has a balcony which was great as we got lucky with the weather while there. We had an issue with the master room air conditioner which was leaking & stopped working at one point but the staff were aware.
