Le sous sol de leur maison est grand pour accueillir une famille. les Instructions pour accéder au logement sont faciles et la communication avec eux également. Tout est sur place trèspratique. Le plus : l'emplacement c'est un des meilleurs quartiers de Brooklyn je recommande. a 3 arrêts de Manhattan et quartier super mignon. Le moins : manque de luminosité et pas de plaques de cuisson sinon tout est nickel.

This is a serviceable basement accommodation. The location is good - it’s a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the subway and to great Brooklyn restaurants and coffee shops. The beds are comfortable and the owners respond quickly to requests or questions. It’s also nice to have access to the washing machine and dryer. The downside is, well, it’s a basement with low ceilings and very little natural light. There’s also occasional noise from the floor above (heavy footsteps going up and down the stairs, etc.). Unfortunately, it’s not as clean as it should be, and feels much like Grandma’s basement with all the hodgepodge furniture. Additionally, the entry to the accommodation is so narrow you can’t open an umbrella (we had a lot of rain during our visit). As there’s no outdoor light, it’s very dark there at night so a phone flashlight is essential to be able to find the keyhole.

I just stayed at Johnny & Hala's place for 4 nights with my mom and sister for a girls trip to NYC, and it was perfect! There was LOTS of space for 3 people and the beds were super comfortable. As other reviews mentioned, the subway is a short walk which is super convenient to get to south Brooklyn or across to Manhattan. There are a few restaurants within a couple blocks which were super convenient for breakfast/dinner and a fully stocked grocery store (Ozzie's) nearby as well. The sheets/towels were clean which we appreciated, but the shower could use a good scrub. The only thing we really missed was a full body mirror somewhere, or a second mirror in general as it was difficult for all 3 of us to get ready in front of one mirror in the bathroom. Otherwise, we had no issues and the hosts were very responsive and polite! Would definitely recommend!

Great Place to stay in a safe, clean and great neighbourhood, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Its only 5min to the Metro and 20-30 min to Midtown Manhattan! The hosts are Great People, always friendly, helpful and responding quickly! The apartment was all fine and exactly as described! Would come back anytime!
