The listing description was 100% accurate,I’m extremely blessed to have stumbled upon such amazing host like Milton and Haja, they made the stay better than I could’ve ever imagined, I definitely recommend 10/10!

Haha was super nice and attentive. Great communication. Felt safe, house was clean, bed comfortable. All the places I visited were within a 15 minute drive (old Town SD, downtown, etc etc)

For the price, this place was horrible. There was clutter all over the downstairs area. The kitchen was messy with clutter and dishes piled up at the sink. There were trash bags hanging all over the place. The lock to my door and the bathroom could easily be unlocked from the outside with just slight pressure from the tip of my fingernail. The other occupants were extremely loud the entire stay. The least the host could do was allow guests to use the washer. Since access to the washer wasn't included this reservation was horrible. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings unattended in my room or sleeping without using the desk to barricade the door, which still didn't provide much peace of mind. I was literally just relying on hearing the desk shuffle around in case someone decided to enter my room without permission while I was in it. There is pretty much no lock on the door since it can be opened so easily. Then the fact that the bathroom door lock was the same made it even worse.

Very good communication, with a respectful and helpful host. You will need a car however as the location is not a walkable distance to local amenities.
