The loft has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. There is one bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the home appliances you might need. The living room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The apartment has washing machine and tumble dryer. Baby cot and high chair available under request. This apartment has access to the rooftop terrace. The apartment has been refurbished in 2020.

Lovely apartment, so close to everything so perfect to explore! Not loud in the evenings. We really liked having the roof terrace for breakfast or an evening drink!

If you are looking for an ideal location in Palma, as well as a clean and modern place to stay, my apartments will suit you perfectly! Located steps away from Plaza Major, on Sindicato street, in the heart of Palma. A busy shopping street during the day, and quiet at night as there are no bars or clubs around. Most of the bars, restaurants and touristic attractions of the city are within walking distance of the apartment.
