Cute place with a nice Swiss touch and a great gateway to skiing at bear valley. Also enjoyed the Fußball table :).
The Swiss Chalet is a wonderful and serene place to get away from it all. It is almost like a treehouse amidst the big trees with nice forest views. Our family of 4 had a relaxing and fun time playing Foosball and enjoying the wood stove and games. Everything is very clean and all of our needs were met. Taylor is an excellent host and very good with communications.
The Swiss Chalet was beautiful and so peaceful to stay at. The house itself is very clean with tons of space. The interior is amazing. The area surrounding the house was beautiful and quiet. There is also lots to do in the area, with plenty of restaurants and a snow park only 30 minutes away. Taylor was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and overall a great host. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway!
We really enjoyed our stage at the Swiss Chalet. The cabin is as described and great for a family trip - we had two families with adults, kids, and babies and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the central location that was close to downtown Arnold and not too far from the other attractions. Taylor proactively reached out to us to cover some of the specifics and was responsive when we needed anything. A few things to call out that did not at all detract from our stay but are useful to know: the driveway was too icy, even with chains for us to get to the top of the driveway so both of the cars had to be parked at the bottom; there are two flights of stairs to get to the cabin, with the snow and ice you have to be incredibly careful, especially when carrying gear and babies; if you choose to use the master suite, bring ear plugs and an eye mask, if it's snowing, you will hear every single time ice or snow drops onto the roof and there aren't blinds on the skylight.
We enjoyed our stay at the Swiss Chalet. Comfortable place, beautiful surroundings and Taylor was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.
