Having lived in the area for most of our lives, we travelled back from the US for a visit to see family. I can't recommend the house enough. Lovely location, very well looked after and Felicity is a great host. When we make trips back again, I will always hope the house is available!!!

A fantastic cottage that truly felt like a hidden gem. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a sense of modern and cleanliness that was apparent throughout. Every amenity I could possibly want was readily available, making my stay all the more comfortable and convenient. And what truly made this cottage stand out was its perfect location, just a short walk away from town and its scenic surroundings. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone in search of a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and I can't wait to return again in the future.

We had a brilliant week mixing business and pleasure. The place is gorgeous and really close to the sea and town. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are really good Thank you for a great stay, we will be back

This cottage is great for sitting relaxing outside in the secluded garden. With it having two sleeping wings this gives privacy and the large living space works great for being with company. Quality linens, comfy beds and light and airy. Showers have great pressure and regular temperature. Easy walking distance into Stonehaven to eat or have a wee drink. The boardwalk is a very short distance and the sea front eaters are good value. The entrance gate is a bit steep and tricky when unloading and loading the car. Difficult if you have mobility issues, however once inside the garden/house it’s great. Felicity was friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again.

Beautifully restored cottage with views of the sea. We loved the open plan living & there was plenty of space to cook, relax and sleep. We had a beautiful private garden, and enjoyed a fire pit bbq. Car parking was directly outside the house. There’s easy access into Stonehaven & the harbour bars along a very pleasant boardwalk. (the cottage is in Cowie, and there are some tasty eateries near by) Stonehaven was great find & after 8 days of staying there’s still lots we want to come back & do.
