A lovely cozy home from home right by the harbour with lovely eateries around the corner

My family of 4 (including 13 and 10 year old) thoroughly our very stay at Dunnottar Cottage. Stonehaven is a beautiful harbourside town and despite the wild weather outside which limited what could do we were very cozy in cottage. we loved the fire, music, games that were available and the beautiful fun artwork that brightened up the grey day outside. we would happily stay again when we visit the area again thank you.

Maria has a lovely cottage right in Stonehaven harbour. The walls are decorated with Maria’s artwork which makes one feel part of the natural environment. The apartment radiator heating system and open fire make for a cozy and comfortable stay in a historic working fishing village. The local hotels and restaurants were all awesome filled with friendly locals. Our surname is COWIE so my sister and I enjoyed being next to the suburb of COWIE too on this reconnection to our roots journey. We will definitely be back Maria!
