Joy's house was a great home base for our weekend visit to Greensboro. She was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again.

The three of us had a wonderful stay. Visiting my daughter at UNCG we were close to everything: 5min to campus 8min to Costco 5min to Target Great restaurants- Lucky 32, Green Valley Grill are the two we tried. You are on a busy street, but on the flip side everything is close. Very cute garden out front depending on the time of year, we enjoyed delicious tomatoes. Great water pressure, cute decor and a separate mud room area looking outside for your 4-legged family member if needed.

We stayed for a little over a week. The home is as pictured. Though the owners suite offered a more ideal restroom because of personal mobility challenges we found the narrow and steep staircase up to the attic too challenging to traverse. Becauses of this, we would have also preferred the sole television in the home to have been on the first level. We were very excited to use the fully stocked kitchen but found that it was lacking a few expected basics and ended up supplementing with a trip to walmart. We experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our trip but Joy & Eric were responsive and were quick to assist when issues arose. We hope the issues that remained have been addressed. For dog owners: Pay attention to the listing. The backyard is not fenced on all sides and is next to a very busy street with no sidewalks. There's also neighborhood cats and a groundhog that hang out in the yard.

I really appreciate this house from the moment I walked in. The yellow door, the rich and coordinated colors on every wall in the house, the beautiful welcome vase with sunflowers and rosemary on the table next to the stove, the welcoming words on the whiteboard, the small decorations in every corner of the house, and even the elegant reminders in the restroom – all of these, along with the comforting text messages they sent me, make me feel that the house is exquisite and warm. Eric and Joy truly are artists full of artistic flair.
