We loved our stay at George’s villa. He communicated with us often. The villa was so clean. The landscaping was impeccable. Every corner was thoughtfully designed and taken care of. The pool was clean and very relaxing. We go to Sani every summer and this is our favorite house we have stayed at thus far!

We loved Sea Breeze Villa. We had a really lovely 10 day holiday and spent a lot of time just enjoying the villa, which has stunning views, is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The pool, gardens and deck area are fantastic. All the rooms are lovely, and the kitchen/living area is really spacious. The bedrooms are very comfortable. George (and Nikos) responded really quickly to any questions and checked on us to make sure everything was OK. We loved this area of Greece - Anemos beach bar and Sani beach just 5 mins down the road are great (reservations recommended if you want sunbeds on the beach); Metoxi restaurant is absolutely worth going to for delicious food in a beautiful setting; Afytos town is lovely and great for souvenir shopping; good fish tavernas in Nea Fokea; Kassandreia market on Tuesday for fresh fruit and veg. We're already planning next year's holiday at Sea Breeze ....

A beautiful villa and pool. We were two families of 4, with kids aged 6-11 and we found the villa to be perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the pool and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the peaceful garden. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of places to sit and eat inside and out. The air conditioning was essential for the heat wave we had! George and Margarita have put a lot of thought into making the place special. It is well decorated and they have helpful things like UK plug adapters, kitchen cooking and cleaning essentials, endless toilet rolls and beach towels. Check in and checkout is very straight forward due to the friendly local contact, Nikos. I would advise having a car to get around.

Great place to stay with family, practically in the sani resort. Car is a must Villa is perfect Host is great Wonderfull stay!
