The place itself is so nice, relaxing, clean and easy to find. The caretaker also is very accomodating and very helpful. Since my husband and company is riding a motorcycle from Luna to Nueva Ecija, we requested for a late check out because the sun was really scorching and the temperature was very hot on that day, but we were informed that we have to pay additional 400 pesos per hour. We just decided to check out anyway. Sharing my thoughts, I suggest that additional airconditioning units and wi fi be installed. The current aircon at the living room can no longer make the place cool and wi fi is only available downstairs, no wi fi on the second floor rooms, for the convenient of the occupants who need to be reachable 24/7.

Ellen was a great host, very responsive. The place was amazing. My family loved the experience. The view was a huuuuge plus especially during sunsets 🌅. The caretakers were very accommodating and responded quick to our messages. Will definitely come back with friends. Thank you Ellen!

We enjoyed the infinity pool after it was cleaned, when we got there it was not clean maybe they forgot to filter it. The bathroom sink downstairs was broken and because there was no window in that bathroom it smells. I wish the cooking utensils are newer they are old so everything sticks to the nonstick frying pan. There’s only 4 outdoor chairs for a party of 11. I asked the caretaker she said there’s only 4, so i messaged Ellen Grace so they gave us another 5 on our second night. The caretakers are all very nice to talk to and they assist us really good but the house needs a lot of improvements. The views are beautiful but i don’t think the experience is worth 20k a night in the Philippines.

A wonderful modern Filipino house in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of San Fernando and San Juan! Our family throughly enjoyed the amenities of the house, including the air con in every room including the living room, the wonderful pool, and the fully stocked kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave. Upstairs restroom does have a hot water heater for those who desire to have a warm shower. The location is handy for your La Union and Ilocos adventures (40 min to San Fernando, 2.5 hours to Vigan and Baguio). Also maraming maraming salamat to the wonderful caretaker Lorena, she was available at all hours to open and close the gate and house, always straightened around the house when we were gone, and was a great help. I would not hesitate to rent this house again when I come home to La Union!

The location was great, peaceful and quiet easy to find too. The house was modern and beautiful. The swimming pool was very nice and it was reallly good to enjoy the pool and the beach all on our own. The beach had lots of stones but clean and very calm, very safe for the kids. it was also very private, no other people at the beach. The care takers of the house are very nice and helpful. The location is also a 15minute drive to the stone house and Baluarte.
