Our hopeful anticipation quickly soured due to the dismal state of amenities. Despite charming photos, the A-frame huts were made of brittle bamboo, posing safety risks. Some areas even felt unstable underfoot. Additionally, a broken staircase step went unrepaired. The host suggested we bring our own towels only after we contacted them. The blankets emitted a musty odor, and the bed sheets seemed unwashed. Among the amenities, while two fans looked new, the others were rusty. The kitchen disappointed further; pots and pans were rusted and soot-covered, lacking promised oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes were dirty or haphazardly stored, and the kitchen sink was heavily soiled. The stove suffered from rust as well. Overall, the listing fell short of expectations, leaving us to question why such substandard conditions were acceptable.

Host is very responsive and accomodating. The place is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for digital detox 😁

We really enjoyed the calm and quiet when we stayed in this place. This fits families like us who prefers getting away from the noise of the city during vacations. Note that there’s no wifi and they didn’t also list that to be fair. I think we’ll be back with a bigger group next time.

The place is very private for family and friends. Great for outside the civilization experience.
