Great location! Great condo! Would love to stay here again. Check in / check out was easy. Family of four stayed for eight nights. Very comfortable and lots of amenities at the condo and on the surrounding property to make the trip relaxing and fun for all of us.

I'll start with the good: This unit is in the most amazing location! It has very convenient access to the resort and beach club. The views of the fish ponds and ocean are perfect! The unit itself is very beautiful and well appointed with a lovely lanai that overlooks the fish ponds and the ocean. The not so good for the money category: We discovered on the third day, when we went to turn on the dishwasher, that it did not work. We also discovered that the dishes in the cupboard were filthy and had not been cleaned properly. This was likely because previous renters had not reported the problem. But the cleaning staff should have been more thorough in their cleaning and assessment of the unit's functioning. When we reported this issue we were told that someone would be there that day to fix the problem. No one ever showed and no one ever communicated with us. So we had to wash everything by hand for spending six nights at a $1000+ a night. The unit is decorated with artificial plants, which would be fine except that they have not been dusted in MANY months. The lanai was never cleaned before our arrival. The tile floor was filthy and not even swept and the table was covered dirt. We expected a lot more from this type of higher end accommodation. I'm sure that there are better units you can find here and ones that are better kept up. For the money, we would not reccommend this unit.
