This modern and spacious villa is the perfect vacation home. Tall ceilings, amazing views, huge entertainment/kitchen area, beautiful garden, big pool and lots of space. Bring your group for a yoga retreat, surf camp, or family get away. Rental includes concierge service to assist in arranging activities, transportation, deliveries, services, whatever you need. Tired of noisy hotels or disappointing rentals? Casa de Vida will relax and amaze you. (This is the 4 bedroom configuration.) Our 2 story villa looks over gorgeous Playa Venao Bay. This home was completed in 2021 and specifically designed to accommodate large groups, multi-family visits and retreats. We worked diligently to create an environment of calm and physical and mental wellness. The villa is split over two stories and divided into personal and entertaining space. The main house includes the upstairs sleeping unit with private entrances. It has four bedrooms and two baths, an outdoor shower and balcony. The entertaining space includes a massive great room, dining area and kitchen opening on to the patio and private pool. We have hosted great dinner parties while our kids slept peacefully in the bedrooms upstairs. The villa is on a beautiful hill and is surrounded by palms and a garden. Sunrise and Sunset are magical. You are just 2 minutes from the beach and the restaurants of Playa Venao. There are extensive trails for hiking and our troop of howler monkeys are usually nearby. This is a great destination for adventure, eco-tourism or a family surf camp. If you rent the main house, you may not be the only guests on site. The guest suite is rented separately and may have up to 4 guests in it. If you prefer the privacy of having the entire villa, there is a separate listing to rent casa de vida. We do not have closet space for hanging clothes but there are some dressers available. You should also know that we are not located right on the beach, we are on the hill with a view overlooking the entire bay. The beach and restaurants of Playa Venao are a 2 minute car ride or 10 minute walk down our hill. We can assist in arranging cleaning, cooking or any services you require. For smaller groups, we do occasionally rent the guest suite and main house separately which are under separate listings.

Amazing stay! Incredibly breathtaking. The views and the vibrations were to die for! I didn’t want to leave and was well welcomed and attended to by the host! I rate this experience an 11/10!

The house sits on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the whole Playa Venao. The house is modern and spacious, with all the amenities described. The hosts have been incredibly helpful and flexible with our needs, and the communication has been absolutely smooth and easy. All the attractions of Playa Venao are only a short car ride away.I would recommend it for a family with older kids, or a group of friends. If you are quite a large group of people, I would recommend renting the whole house, as upstairs one bathroom is shared among three bedrooms, while the other bathroom belongs to the master room. As such, if you have people occupying four bedrooms, better to rent the whole house. Similarly, as the house description underlines the wardrobe space is not much, therefore if you have a lot of clothes to store see if you can arrange something with the hosts. All in all a very welcoming experience, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

One of the best features about Venao is the lack of crowds due to its location. It is a long drive from Panama City so getting here takes some planning. We can assist you in arranging your transport. There are daily shuttles, private shuttles, local flights and ample rental cars. We highly recommend the flight or shuttle option and can assist in coordinating so you have a rental car awaiting your arrival at the house for getting around town.
We are at the top of a fairly steep hill with views overlooking the entire Playa Venao. Getting around is easy by car and you are 2 minutes from everything. If you are walking, the beach and shops are a 10-15 minute walk up or down the hill. We can help arrange transport if need be.
