Great location and perfect for our Moms Weekend at KSU. Each of us had our own bathroom which made getting ready more convenient. Parking was easy in lot behind building or on the street. Good find in Manhattan!

So the initially the place was pretty good, it’s very convenient for a group of people to stay for bedroom and bathroom count. But unfortunately when we arrived Friday night we realized that there was ZERO hot water in the place in any shower or sink… We texted the number provided and messaged on here only to be met with radio silence our whole stay. Super disappointed that we did not at least get a response, and so obv no heated water our whole stay. Additionally the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were having fight club above us from evening to dawn, they were insanely loud. Also one of the bathrooms did not have a trash can or a wash cloth which would have been appreciated

Excellent location to Aggieville and close to anything you'd need. HOWEVER My kids ( 3 and 6) and my mother-in-law went to shower the night we got there before bed and there was no hot water. When I messaged the host the next morning there was no response all day. Finally, I found the breaker box, and the breaker to the water heater was completely shut off. There were also wet towels in the dryer when we checked in so had to finish drying and fold the towels that evening. ANY movement upstairs (this was a 1st floor unit) was heard and it woke us all up several times both nights. It was nice having 3 full bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as small kitchenette plus the full kitchen. TVs in all rooms plus one in living room. A little more attention to detail like having hot water and not having to do their laundry and it would have been a perfect stay.

Perfect location walking distance to Aggieville, quiet neighborhood and plenty of space in the apartment! We would stay here again in an instant!
