South View brings modern luxury to a characteristic Chester home. Less than a mile away from the city centre and a short 10minute walk via the historic Chester City Walls provides a home that is close to the city centre whilst giving you space to relax. 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 over two floors, with a large modern family bathroom. Open plan living dining/kitchen area provides the freedom to entertain, with a courtyard area to the rear. On-street parking available on adjoining streets. 3 large spacious double bedrooms adjoin an open plan living/dinning area which flows through to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a large outside courtyard to the rear of the property. One double bedroom is located downstairs, with a further 2 double bedrooms and large family bathroom are upstairs. On-street parking available on adjoining streets on a first come first served basis, with paid car parking available a 5minute walk away

Nice clean bedding and towels with large bathroom. Very small kitchen and on busy road.

Great location, good outside space and handy parking however quite worn and needs some tlc, downstairs bedroom blind was broken so wasn’t great for the people staying in that room as there were no curtains either, there was 6 of us staying and only a 2/3 person sofa, the dining table bench was broken so couldn’t use that, we cooked one meal but there were a few basic utensils missing.
