Marlena’s place was just as described in the listing. Very clean place and had a private entrance. Marlena was very responsive and even allowed us an earlier check-in time when we arrived early into Colorado Springs. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location to many places. The area was peaceful and safe. Marlena was quick to respond to questions. The Guest Suite was comfortable and cozy. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Perfect space for two. Host was lovely and welcoming. I misread the listing and didn’t realize it didn’t have a full kitchen, but the microwave and fridge worked well for us during our stay. Close to Garden of the Gods, easy to find. Can definitely hear the family above living life, laughing, running around and dog barking. I was there with a young child of my own so the sounds were not particularly bothersome except that our hours didn’t align at bedtime and it was very distracting for my daughter and kept her up past bedtime. It was certainly not excessive noise, but present. I only mention as an FYI- if you’re looking for quiet in the evenings and mornings, this is not the place. I would certainly return in future, it’s was peaceful, clean and comfortable. We loved the swing on the porch and couches inside were perfect for snuggling and reading books together :) We had a great mommy-daughter get away weekend. Thank you

I really enjoyed this place. The beds were very comfortable, and the plce was clean and perfect for a group of 4. The extra amenities were also very helpful because I forgot my toothbrush 😅! Overall, great place. Easy to check in and out, and the owner was very communicative.
