Gloria was responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and mostly met my needs. Location is great and the building is nice and has a concierge/door person and feels safe. There were a few hiccups worth stating. The address is different than listed (a mile away, or 20 minutes by foot - big difference for me on foot). I book based on location pin. Different location surprise is frustrating. The internet was not working for the first day of my 4 day stay. Gloria was responsive and tried to resolve it and then had to call a tech from the company. There was a minor maintenance issue in the bathroom. There were two flimsy hangers across the two large closets - not helpful - but Gloria did get some hangers delivered that night, which was nice. The coffee/tea situation isn’t great: it’s an odd coffee pod machine that seems to produce only 4 oz of coffee (which may be that the provided pods don’t fit the machine?). Summary: apartment is clean, safe, pretty basic; Gloria is responsive.

Great place to stay. It was convenient and easy to get around. I liked the coffee shops that were nearby and all the activity. Would stay again!

The apartment is in a quiet building and very safe neighborhood. Easy to find and very well equipped. Gloria has been very helpful during our stay.

Gloria Grant's apartment is great place to stay in Arlington Virginia due to its close proximity to Washington, DC and the Ronald Regan Washington National Airport. The location offers access to restaurants, shops and public transportation. The studio apartment is perfect for two guests. The bathroom was super clean as well as the kitchen. The living and sleeping area was very comfortable and well lit. Closets are spacious as well. The inclusion of a big screen television, was a welcomed bonus for my stay. The building is also very quiet at night. As a host, Gloria Grant was very conscientious to our needs during our stay. She went above and beyond in offering us amenities during some scheduled maintenance on the property. Gloria is easy to contact and responds quickly. I definitely recommend staying here.

Gloria's place is great! Clean, card for, and easy to like. Gloria is very responsive and is a great host! Looking forward to staying again soon.
