Had a great stay and the host(s) were helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and comfortable. There are some instructions to read but they were fairly easy to follow. Had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend. Thanks
Gave low grades on cleanliness for some stains in the bathroom, crumbs in the kitchen, crusted over smear on the kitchen table. Otherwise, it was as advertised
Milan was super responsive and the place was just as shown; clean and comfortable, linens and towels were especially soft. The Metro is especially close (3-5 mins walk to the Blue line). There's a convenience store in the basement level that came in handy. I thought the basement exit in the rear was a bit faster to access parking in the back of the building.
Hosts were great and had provided prompt assistance during check-in and check out. They were very welcoming, responded to our questions timely and looked for ways to ensure we felt comfortable like home. The area around the apartment was great too, family friendly with lots of places to eat and spend great time. Those with small kids should definitely skip hotel stay and choose Mian’a place.
