Awesome place to stay. Safe and peaceful area. Friendly Host. Lots of shops, stores and restaurants near by. I would definitely book again if i'am in the area.

The home was in an excellent location. It was clean and beautiful. However, had to step up into the living space and the second bedroom with the murphy bed one has to step up and down into the bathroom.

Wonderful find. Great location for exploring the local area, and central for touring DC and the surrounding area if you’re driving in or rent a car. Cozy, clean, and well-appointed accommodations with coffee and kitchen essentials available. Plenty of space for four adults. One bedroom is smaller than the other, but for our group that was no problem at all. Very good selection of restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes drive. This is a place that is best if you have a car (although parking can feel spendy in DC, it’s the same as most big US cities, so it’s very doable with a bit of planning.) Arlington has a LOT to offer, so don’t miss the gems nearby. The National Mall sites are 15-20 minutes drive (during non-commute hours), Arlington National Cemetery is less than 10 minutes, and Mount Vernon about 40-45 minutes. Fantastic hospitality from kind and helpful hosts. (When we forgot shampoo, they provided some very quickly, going above and beyond.) Highly recommended!!!

We so very much enjoyed our stay with Anne and Teri! Teri was extremely responsive to our needs the entire time. The place was utterly spotless and exactly as described. The layout and design were extremely conducive to my parents’ needs: one level, wide open, great bathroom with walk in tub. A great location, close to a couple major roadways, added to the value!
