Great place to stay

The hosts were very responsive and apologized for the issues we had during our stay. When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned at all from previous guests. The instructions for parking were incorrect and the neighbors yelled at us. The owners sent a cleaning crew but we had to find a place to be for an hour with two children after we had just driven six hours, and they fixed the parking. The beds were comfortable and each room was a great size. Ability to do laundry was a huge plus. It’s a good sized upstairs unit. Location is easy walking distance to the metro, parks, and great restaurants. There are some things that can be very easily improved to make this rental better. There were no cleaning supplies at all besides dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, only one roll of TP, and needs a basic knife set and usable pans to cook with. Listing said there was a crib, but there wasn’t. And access to a backyard, which there wasn’t. Again, great spot, but experience was not great.

A nice and private apartment with three spacious double bedrooms. Everything you need. Easy check-in. Location is great: just a five-minute walk to Ballston-MU metro station.
