Overall, I would recommend this place. About a 5 minute walk to the metra station. The place is clean, quiet and very close to downtown Arlington. There is one parking spot reserved, which unfortunately the first night someone had parked in, so we had to find another spot which unfortunately was reserved for someone and caused an issue. But Becky gave us a number for someone who came right away and fixed the situation for us and even got us extra blankets and pillows immediately that we requested. I would say the only other issue we had besides the parking spot was was if more than 1 person is showering at the same time, the water gets very cold, so you have to coordinate with members of your house. Otherwise, as I said, the location and place is great and would recommend!

We loved this townhouse. Our family of five fit easily, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. The space was bright and common space was delightful. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. A Metro station is two blocks away, so it was easy to get to DC with no car. It is a 20-30 minute Uber ride to the city. There is a grocery store a ten minute walk away, or a 2 minute drive. I’d stay here again!

We had a great stay at this house. It’s clean, spacious, and new. There’s some issue with the heat for the first night but the owner was able to fix it next day. Great location, close to restaurants and DC. Highly recommended.
