We so enjoyed our stay! Our hosts were super responsive on a few small tidbits out of order and overall a truly spectacular home with exceptional attention to detail. The location is ideal and the space so very welcoming. We will be back and cannot wait!
This is a great home for a large family, or can accommodate 2 families. The house was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The house is a 10ish minute walk to the metro station, in a very walkable neighborhood. The street is quiet. The house was well stocked and met our needs beautifully. We prepared and ate many meals in the house, and found the kitchen met our needs. There is a gas grill on the covered patio that we used once. (Check to make sure there's gas in the tank). Since we were traveling with a toddler, we purchased (and left at the house) a pack-n-play and portable high chair. Look for it in the basement laundry room. This was cheaper than using a local baby gear rental service. While we were at the house, one of our children needed medical care, and we had a positive experience at Virginia Hospital Center, located very near the house. If we every have need to a home in the DC area, we would for sure stay here again!
