We had a 2 day work conference in Arlington and the 6 of us had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, with plenty of amenities. We litterally felt right at home. The house was also very conveniently located to our event and restaraunts. I know, I will be back and I would highly recommend Viks home to anyone visiting Arlington or surrounding areas. Vik's place was perfect for us as a family meeting in DC for a long weekend. The two level accommodation was as described. Very light and comfortable and also well furnished. We ended up driving or taking Ubers everywhere (and, compared to London, Ubers to downtown DC are quick and cheap) so didn't test out the Metro. We were three generations and wifi was strong enough, beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space for us all to be together. The neighborhood is quiet (no noise at night). My sister went for an early morning run and there were loads of other people out doing the same - she felt safe and really enjoyed the nearby paths. There is one allocated parking space but parking on the street was free on weekends so we could park our second car just behind the house. If you are happy to be outside DC in a more suburban setting, this place is perfect.

We had a great work trip to Arlington and Vik's place was wonderful. Beautiful, clean, safe and walking distance to Clarendon. We loved walking to the coffee shop and meetings each day and we would definitely stay here again!

A quiet and quaint street but you can walk to George Mason University Arlington Campus, 2 metro stops, Giant Grocery and the cutest coffee shop Northside Social and the Arlington staple Italian Store. This Urban neighborhood attracts the best of the best in Arlington restaurants and bars. It's a very vibrant area within walking distance to Ballston, Salt line, Rosslyn and if you're feeling adventurous Georgetown is just under 3 miles!
About 4-5 blocks to VA Square and Clarendon metro stops. Parking is FREE and you can charge your EV free as well! If you don't feel like driving there is plenty to walk to. This home is also walking distance to Ballston which is a 10-12 minute walk.
