We were looking for an accommodative space to spend quality time with close friends and family, three separate families and a dog and landed on this one. As first time air bnb users we didn’t know what to expect, this place did not disappoint. Lovely views of winniesquam lake with plenty of shopping ten minutes away. Having a head Chef in our group, the kitchen space was lovely and spent the majority of the time sharing our favorite meals while the kids had a spacious living room with plenty of activities. We had brought toys for the kids but realized they had a variety of board games and puzzles when we arrived. Owners were very responsive when we had any questions during our stay. Though the place wasn’t ours it felt like home, and treated it as such. We look forward to going back in the summer time.

You cannot beat the lakefront views Sean and Michele's place has. All the available outdoor equipment is very convenient and definitely enhanced our stay. Sean and Michele were very helpful and I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place located very close to the sandbar. Nice little store directly across the street that had anything you may need. Bonus (the mini splits kept the place very cool the whole stay) great place for a family get together. Would recommend bringing a boat or renting one if you don’t have one as there isn’t much “beach” directly at the property.

Nice location on the lake. Enjoyed the kitchen and rocking chairs on the front porch, the firepit, horseshoes and ability to use canoe and kayaks. Nice clean bathrooms. Did not realize the cabins next door would be so close. Were told house was next to a busy road, but found out it is a major thoroughfare with loud large trucks, motorcycles and hot rod noises, starting early in the morning.
