This place is a gem. Kitchen was very well stocked, and the location is perfect. It is in such a peaceful and quaint little neighborhood that we love! Little park across the creek is great for little ones. Neil was a great communicator.

Lovely stay at Neil's place!  The place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and had all we needed. Neil was very responsive and friendly. Great value too. Would def stay again!

Great place! Exactly as described. Close to Burroughs Creek Trail and downtown Lawrence. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We particularly enjoyed the nearby park and paved walking trail. Neil was also very responsive and helpful.
