Awesome house with great location. The place was perfect for our stay and close to KU football stadium where we walked for KU commencement. The house was clean and the kitchen has plenty of room to gather together. We also enjoyed the outside deck since the weather was great, there is even a tv outside.

This is a fabulous airbnb! The location is wonderful, very close to downtown but far enough away to avoid crowds. The neighborhood was perfect to walk our dog in, and was very quiet. The house itself has the charm you expect from a house in Old West Lawrence, and the stain glass windows and porches were amazing! We will definitely be staying here again, and we loved our stay!

We absolutely loved the place! We had a great stay with plenty of space and bathrooms to use. The outside deck is private and a great gathering place. The house was clean and welcoming. It allowed us to host people several times during our wedding week!

We rented the house for our daughter's wedding weekend. The location, space inside (nice sitting area and dining area) and outside (large deck), worked very well for our needs. There was a bit of uneven terrain getting into the house from the back, so just needed to be cautious. There are two off-street parking spaces that worked well but were a bit tight for our larger vehicle to maneuver in/out. There are several bars, restaurants and the popular Mass Street within walking distance. The whole place was well stocked including laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc.. Only negative was slow response to our request for an early check in and I never really knew until we got there if we could actually check in early. We could and did, but a response would have been nice to avoid confusion with our family. We did have a toilet back up issue on the last day we were there and Mike and Jenna both responded quickly to that issue. Overall we had really good stay!
