This is a rare entire 4 bedroom downtown apartment located above a downtown business. Walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment. KU is a mile away. Massachusetts St is the heart of downtown Lawrence, located less than an hour from Kansas City International Airport and 30 minutes from Topeka, KS.
There is metered parking directly in front of the building, monitored from 10-6p. Additional 2 hour free parking located on Vermont St behind the building, directly next to the private back entrance. Additional metered parking across the street for longer term stays, as well as several free parking options within a block or two.
