10 of us, 50 year old guys, stayed here for the weekend to attend the UConn Kansas game at the Allen Fieldhouse on campus. Short 15 minute drive to campus. We enjoyed the bars and restaurants on Massachusetts St. House was immaculate. Large kitchen area for dining and hanging out. Huge dining table for 12. Host Heather was great. Super nice … Prepared a breakfast casserole for us. Delicious. We would stay here again. Only challenge was the TV. We had WiFi. But no local cable or ESpN. Luckily one of us had a login for YouTubeTV.

The pictures don't do justice for the amazing property both inside and out. Lovely outdoor firepit and the clear night of stars was just one of the highlights of this property. Large table so we could all eat breakfast together. Great host, quickly responds. With close proximity to Lawrence we will be using this property again.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect and big enough for us all! The pool was a great place to hangout but we also spent a lot of time around the big island! There were plenty of beds for everyone. The host is responsive and was willing to let us come early to decorate. Would recommend this listing to anyone!

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The fixer upper was cute, cozy, and accommodated our large family comfortably. Heather provided detailed instructions and greeted us upon arrival which made our stay easy and stress-free! She was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We were able to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer including the beautiful kitchen that had everything essential we needed to make family meals. The outdoor patio and swimming pool was definitely the highlight for the kids! And to top things off, we were greeted by two adorable cats that said hello to us every morning! Overall, we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to get away or to celebrate KU events! It was the perfect place, only fifteen minutes away from the KU campus!
