Lots of space and yard with fire pit! Loved the shuffleboard and all the kid friendly toys. Gayle was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay!

This was my second time staying at Gayle’s house, it was perfect for our Lawrence weekend! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, providing us with some bakery cookies and kitchen essentials :) She also remembered we have a child and updated us on all the toys and kid essentials the house has! I have been coming to Lawrence for the past 15 years for basketball games with my family. Gayle’s house is by far the best place we have stayed at making us all feel at home. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

The location was great for activities on campus. The rooms were fantastic and we could comfortably socialize in the living room. We all came from different cities and it was so nice to pull in and have a seat around the fire pit and catch up. We would definitely stay again. Gayle was so attentive throughout the trip. Checking in to make sure everything was ok.

We had a great stay in Lawrence and Gayle was a fantastic host. The house was as described, full of amenities, and sparkling clean. Home was easy to find, check-in was easy, and Gayle went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay (it snowed on the first night of our stay, and a sled appeared on the front porch the next morning). The house is right next to KU campus and a short walk from Allen Fieldhouse. The kitchen was fully stocked and had stations for tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Bathrooms were also fully equipped, including bath salts and bubble bath. We wished we had more time to spend in the game room and outside. Best of all, there was no list of chores to complete on the morning of our check out. Great experience and one of the best AirBnB stays we’ve had.
