Carrie’s place was beautiful! Exactly as described. There is no oven but we didn’t cook much do that did not bother us one bit. The balconies are perfect to sit and watch the sunrise with a coffee. Sapphire beach is my favorite in STT, lots of amenities on site. Not far from downtown. Will be back

We really enjoyed the place! It was super clean and a perfect layout. We loved the balconies the most! Honest review so you can plan your stay and manage expectations. We would definitely again!!! The power went out for a couple days (unavoidable) but it would have been very nice to have a backup generator. With so many known power outages on the island, for weather and a fragile power infrastructure, I think it is a must. The dryer is also very loud and takes over 2 hours to dry a small load. Since it's so loud, you really cannot dry things overnight (we had 3 little ones), not leaving much time to do a load after a full day of beaches and water activities. You can't hang the clothes outside to dry either, with the air being so humid so the dryer working would have made things a lot easier. Again, we really enjoyed our time and would stay again.

My family and I have been staying at sapphire beach for decades, and Carrie’s place was a perfect place to return after a few years of not visiting. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck, and the view of the marina was beautiful. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed. Carrie was responsive and friendly, even when we had an issue with one of the showers. The only down side was there was only one beach chair available, which isn’t a problem if you plan on just visiting sapphire beach, but if you want to go to any other beach, you’d have to rent a chair. We bought a few to have there. A great stay all around and we can’t wait to be back.

My family of 5 (3 kids - 11,9,7) stayed comfortably and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was great to have a kitchen and some space for us to unwind at the end of the day. Carrie’s instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues. It was great to be able to leverage the rental company for snorkel equipment, cooler, sand blankets, etc. Found that to be incredibly helpful and easy. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. The beach was close and it is nice that it is located close to Red Hook and the ferries to Saint John. We loved it!
