The Ritz-Carlton Club in St. Thomas is a vacationer's paradise. This 30-acre resort property sits alongside the tranquil Great Bay. Each two- and three-bedroom unit in the plantation-style buildings are elegantly furnished with upscale appliances and fixtures, premium floor-coverings and marble surfaces. This gorgeous two bedroom Club Suite has two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, living room, bistro kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a cooktop, convection/microwave oven and refrigerator. Club Suites are in the Gardenia and Heliconia buildings. Pristine white sand beaches, the elegance of Ritz Carlton combined with the ease of the Caribbean, world class dining surrounded by majestic palms, pampering and attention to detail at every turn. It can all be yours at the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas. A privileged few have the pleasure to vacation at the private half moon bay with luxurious appointments and legendary Ritz Carlton service. The advantage to a vacation at this pristine destination is the amenities of a hotel (room service, twice daily maid service, spa products in each master suite, activities, spa, restaurants, beach side dining and cocktails, tasteful, high end decor with top of the line finished such as marble and mahogany, personally assigned concierge, etc.) combined with the expanse and amenities of a private rental. With the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas, guests are contacted by their personal concierge to discuss stocking of groceries prior to arrival, transport form the airport and reservations, babysitting, or special needs. So many options are available through the resort and Club that many visitors find that they do not want to leave the expanse of the Ritz Carlton. Steps from the beach and several pools (infinity pools, a dedicated adults only pool and family friendly pool), acclaimed Ritz Kids program which brings children together for fun and affords parents a day of well deserved relaxation, gradual entry clear water private beaches (appx. ¾ mile), a 55-foot catamaran from which to view the sunset or to visit an uninhabited island for the day with a picnic lunch, top of the line spa for massages, facials, and all cutting edge spa services, fitness and wellness center, wine tastings, steel drum band, wildlife and garden tours, tiki torch-lined evening beach strolls, welcome receptions, resident iguanas looking to be fed hibiscus flowers, dining options including four diamond fine dining with an expansive wine list, open air casual dining, poolside bar and grills and private chefs to create a tasting menu in the comfort of your own residence. Red Hook marina is within walking distance and provides travel to neighboring islands such as St. John and St. Croix. Environmental impact fee is $25 a day, Owner guest fee is $200 per stay.

I noticed the photos for the rooms had been quietly removed after I booked our trip so I was a little nervous. The place we got didn't accurately reflect the initial photos when I booked but we were more than happy with it. It was clean, fairly modern, and large. I'd say the photos currently listed now accurately reflect the rooms we got. I requested several times for a second bedroom with 2 twin beds with Concierge but when we checked in, the front desk said there was no note in our reservation of such a request. They were able to give us the second bedroom with 2 twin beds though. This listing is for the club area. In the listing photos, they are the buildings with the blue roof. There's an additional $200 fee that you're charged upon check in. I didn't feel that was super clear in the listing. The Ritz also charges an additional fee to use the pool with the slide but honestly no one checks. That would've been nice to know. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and stay at the Ritz.

The listing photos and what the actual suite were not the remotely the same. The room was outdated and old. The floor plan with 2 bedrooms facing the ocean was actually only 1 bedroom facing the ocean and the other faced the parking lot. I emailed in advanced to confirm the photos and the view from each room. And was confirmed. Only to check in and it wasn’t at all what I expected. I reached out for consideration in the form of reimbursement to match the same price for this suite category but was met with this inconvenience and to be reimbursed for the difference. The rental property owner came back aggressively and said that the room was stated as is. The photos since have been taken down after I complained. Very deceitful wording and misleading suite. Never happened to me in the 10 years of staying at Airbnb.

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. Staff was always helpful and extremely nice. The 2 bedroom we stayed in was extremely nice and clean. Sometimes you walk into places and its just old looking. Not here. The view was great and had all the amenities of the Ritz you would expect but the Rooms are bigger in the residences. Well worth every penny and the nicest place on the island as far as we could tell. We toured the island pretty extensively. As you can tell, We highly recommend.
