This house was the perfect size for our family of 12. We did utilize the 6th bedroom/bathroom in the separate apartment downstairs. The house was clean and well stocked having all of the necessary items we needed for our stay. They do utilize a "pay it forward" concept, so there are some food/drink basics there to use from previous guests. The views are amazing by day and the sunsets are exquisite! There was ample parking at the top of the drive to park our two rental cars. The only cons were with the back door and the lack of hot water in one bath. The large slider is the access to the back deck and is very hard to open/close. This is a major inconvenience since the back deck is where your dining table is and where you can feel the ocean breezes. Justin and his team are responsive, both before the trip and during. Coordinating for the family I asked alot of questions and they were always helpful and responsive.

The view was beautiful. The house was just what we needed for a family vacation with 10 family members. The pool, the bay, the island, the fun. The sliding door was bent and did not function well and the hot water did not work in one bathroom. Justin was quick to respond to any issues or questions. He was very helpful both before and during our stay.

The house is perched on the side of a rocky outcrop overlooking Nazereth Bay. The views from the home are fantastic. Our family had ample room for all 11 of us in the great room, bedrooms and deck. The pool is smaller than the photos suggest. To get to the home you travel a series of winding roads and closer to it, through the gate, many speed bumps. Be prepared to be cautious. The driveway is steep and parking for 2 cars is at the very top of the drive. There is biting insect issue in the early morning and evening rectified by bug spray and citronella candles. It’s a short drive to Redhook. Senor Pizza is really good ( I’m originally from Brooklyn, I know pizza!) a last night meal. Moe’s grocery is ridiculously expensive and parking is tough. Food Center is only a few minutes further away with more choice and slightly better prices. Justin the host was available almost immediately when I texted and dealt with a minor issue quickly. Edie the concierge answered all inquires promptly.

We needed a house for family attending a wedding. We had a 91 yr old guest who needed a walk in shower and first floor bedroom. She was totally happy and loved sitting on the terrace just looking at the view. Justin responded to all of our questions quickly. We needed our cable box reset so Justin sent the cable company out to fix it. We found all utensils and cook ware that we needed. All and all a very pleasant stay for our whole party. We did order a food delivery and that worked out very well especially for the first night and morning.
