We once again offer adventurous travelers a soak and a good nights rest in one of the west's most historic hot springs lodges, located in La Grande, Oregon. The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs: a historic brick hotel on the edge of a lake steaming with hot springs. Enjoy relaxing in the five shared hot springs soaking tubs that overlook "Hot Lake" and the surrounding mountains. Rm. 203 Details: •1 Queen bed in a two room suite with sitting area •Private bathroom with antique soaking tub. Tub is in the sitting room. Hood Roasters Coffee, herbal teas & chilled water stations always available •Breakfast Snacks/Bagel Bar •WiFi Although we have renovated the rooms, they are still authentic and historic in almost every way. The windows and doors are over a hundred years old, and function as well you might expect. Sound travels in these old buildings, keeping your voice low at night and early mornings is appreciated by all. The beautiful historic elevator is just for looks, so be prepared to walk up a flight or two of stairs. The geothermal radiators and pipes can be hot to the touch and sometimes noisy. Lodge Rooms don't have TV’s, alarm clocks, or phones (but there is wifi). What we do offer is blissful relaxation in mineral hot springs to your hearts content and a genuine stay in a historic hotel.
