We once again offer adventurous travelers a soak and a good nights rest in one of the west's most historic hot springs lodges, located in La Grande, Oregon. The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs: a historic brick hotel on the edge of a lake steaming with hot springs. Enjoy relaxing in the five shared hot springs soaking tubs that overlook "Hot Lake" and the surrounding mountains. Rm. 227 Details: •1 Queen bed in a two room suite with sitting area •Private bathroom with petite clawfoot soaking tub and shower. The windows and doors are over a hundred years old, and function as well you might expect. Sound travels in these old buildings, keeping your voice low at night and early mornings is appreciated by all. The beautiful historic elevator is just for looks, so be prepared to walk up a flight or two of stairs. The geothermal radiators and pipes can be hot to the touch and sometimes noisy. Lodge Rooms don't have TV’s, alarm clocks, or phones (but there is wifi). What we do offer is blissful relaxation in mineral hot springs to your hearts content and a genuine stay in a historic hotel.
