I loved Claire and Santiago's place, which definitely has the treehouse vibe - exactly as described! Everything was spotless, well-designed, quiet, and comfortable, and I appreciated the nice touches including beautiful linens, coffee and tea, biscuits, and nice, fluffy towels. The RiNo area has lots to offer (Infinite Monkey Theorem Wine Bar, Cart Driver for great pizza and cocktails, even got a great haircut at The Parlour!) and the street art is unbeatable. For groceries, the Safeway is about a 20 minute walk (stop at Queen City Coffee on the way), downtown is a 30 minute walk, as is "LoDo," which is full of shops and restaurants (delicious Acai bowl at Rush Bowls). As a single, female traveler, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood and while walking. Claire and Santiago are excellent communicators and very accommodating. Highly recommend this stay!

Great home! The perfect, place to stay while you’re in Denver. Easy to get to and so close to RiNo! It’s cozy and comfortable! We will definitely stay again for future visits.

Tout était conforme à l’annonce : appartement intime, très joli, très propre, confortable, bien équipé et situé dans un petit quartier résidentiel assez proche de la vibrante rue Larimer. Le stationnement était facile sur la rue et vous pouvez atteindre le coeur du quartier RiNo en 20 minutes de marche. Nous avons adoré Denver et recommandons le Treehouse de Claire et Santiago!
