A great place with wonderful views

The house has a spacious living room with windows on 3 sides. The views are beautiful. There are 4 bedrooms so there's plenty of space. Vincent was excellent about communication before and during the trip. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect modern beach house - comfortable, uncluttered, breezy, sunset views, close to the beach. Vincent gave clear instructions and had reasonable expectations of guests.

The house was in pristine condition and exceeded my expectations. The AC in each room was a game changer and made my stay even more enjoyable, if that’s possible. I highly recommend.

Excellent spot in Davis Park. Right near the little farm stand on the center walk. Quick walk to the beach and even quicker to the bay. Vincent was responsive and helpful and clearly takes good care fo the place. Plenty of beach chairs. Every room has ceiling fans and heater/air conditioners with remote controls, though I never took the time to figure out how to use them, preferring simple fresh air. The deck is huge and a bit worn - charming, but watch for splinters! Only wish we could have stayed longer!
