House look great from the outside. Unfortunately when I got there there was no way to get in. I Message the hose ask him how to get in and his reply was, “ We are not renting our house out due to the condition from the hurricane”. I did not know about this until I message to the host. The proper thing to do as a Hills would be to call the person renting or wanting to rent his house and let them know it’s not for rent. Luckily I was able to secure another Airbnb after about four hours of research not knowing what to do with me or my sales team who travel down to South Florida to help homeowners with Roof-Tarping and Roofing Services. This could’ve all been avoided with a phone call. I recommend staying there in a non-hurricane situation because you will not get a call letting you know that you cannot stay there. You’ll have to pay attention to the app all day long.

We highly recommend this home. It is a vacationer’s dream with all of the extras you can imagine. It is a bit of a drive to any beach but when you are in the Florida sunshine you don’t notice the time. We recommend Siesta Key Beach. Absolutely spectacular!

Fabulous property! We enjoyed everything about this home. The pool, outside seating, large tables for family dinners, and high end kitchen appliances made this a perfect home for our vacation to FL. Highly recommend!
