MASTER BEDROOM includes 1 king size bed with 1 queen sleeper sofa and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. Queen size Serenity Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress topper available to use on any of the queen size sleeping areas. BEDROOM ONE has 2 queen size beds. BEDROOM TWO includes 2 triple bunks (6 twin beds) with memory foam mattresses. Reading nook with books for kids as well as some toys. A pack n play is available, if needed. BEDROOM THREE includes one queen size bed. ROOM FOUR can act as a den or a bedroom. This room includes a Murphy pull down bed as well as a full size sleeper sofa. THE HOME INCLUDES: -Screened in fully screened Lanai with heated pool and fully fenced back yard -Pool is heated (at no extra charge) during winter months to 85 degrees F ****Pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect the pool temp.
