Katia’s home in North Port was absolutely perfect. We had eight total; a mix of teens, adults, and children. The home was beautiful. It has a nice layout and we were able to be spaced out as needed. The pool and hot tub really made the stay luxurious. Katia was a great host and responded to questions within minutes. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone looking in the area. Close enough to beaches and lots of restaurants. Great vacation!

We stayed to the month of January and had a terrific time. The home was as listed, and the pool was as big as it looks in the pictures. The house is newly renovated, beds were very comfortable and welcoming. Overall, we would give it a 9 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay! Katia was an amazing host. She was easy to reach and responded quickly with instructions for the pool and spa. The house itself had a beautiful layout, tasteful decor, and thoughtful amenities. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood with a nature trail within walking distance. There also were many shopping centers, restaurants, and parks located nearby. We had a great time throughout our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. We will recommend staying here to our family and friends and hope to come again soon!
