We loved this place for what it was. Lucía was so helpful and attentive and gave me recommendations all over the island when I messaged and asked! The courtyard with its kitchenette is really nice to have and the unit itself worked well and felt really comfortable/safe. The location is perfect between most of the places tourists would want to go and only 2 blocks or so from the gorgeous waterfront path that connects escambron beach to old San Juan. I did get cat called with my boyfriend right outside the place by some guys who actually kind of freaked me out so I didn’t feel super comfortable walking around at night after that but Ubers were cheap/easy and I felt totally safe during the day. Would definitely stay again!

Jorge and Lucia were incredibly responsive and wonderful hosts. The room itself was suitable and provided minimal accommodations beyond the basics. Suitable for young travelers.

My partner and I stayed in #7 for three total nights. On the first day, we arrived early and I reached out to Jorge to see if a early check-in was possible. Although we didn't end up checking in early, Jorge was very responsive and was very accommodating. The unit itself was exactly like the pictures. There is a shared courtyard area with a kitchen sink, microwave and other small appliances that were left for the guest to use (plates, utensils, sun tan lotion, coffee machine, etc). We had a car with us for two nights and finding street parking was very easy. The streets are narrow so I suggest getting a smaller car. When we arrived, we didn't have all of the towels that the listing said we'd have and Jorge quickly called me and got them replaced very quickly. Jorge was a great host and gives a long list of recommendations that were very helpful and we ended up visiting a lot of the places. Overall, it was a great stay and Jorge is a great host! Would definitely come back!!

the place it was exactly like the description. The location was pretty convenient, walking distance to many places (or using the scooter system). Jorge & Lucia were super responsive, even early on the morning 😊
